They also look cute in the picture, and I thought they would look great with leggings and dresses. They are cute, and I am really impressed with the shaft of the boot, in particular. The quality is great, and they look like real leather. The fit is good, and although I have small calves, there is plenty of room for those with bigger calves, too. The part of the boot that I am unimpressed with, is the shoe/foot area of the boot. They are a bit cheap looking, and their shape is almost boat-like. I feel a bit self conscious that my feet look big in them, and I only wear a size 7! They seem to run a little big, and I probably could wear them in at least a half size smaller. However, I do think these boots are decent for the price. They are cute, and not completely cheap looking. They are comfortable and seem like they will last a long time. They look great! The color is great (I got brown), and they hold their shape nicely. The part of the boot that goes up the leg is quite soft, so they don't stand up on their own in a closet. You would have to store them lying flat. I can't believe how comfortable they are. Usually, new shoes or boots are uncomfortable the first few times of wearing and breaking them in, but these are an exception...they are just the opposite and feel so good on my feet! The shafts fit me perfectly...a little roomy for tucking in skinny jeans or pants. Even with my pants tucked in, there is still movable room and they don't feel tight, at least on my calves, which are small anyway. I am very happy with these and highly recommend!!! |
