I'm surprised people have been having trouble with these shoes, I haven't had any problems with mine! I've been wearing these shoes every day for the past 6 months or so and they are officially my favorite internet purchase ever. I personally have had no trouble with the zipper and if I would have had trouble, I would've sent them back immediately. I'm not the richest person, so spending 60+ on shoes was a big deal for me. The shoes are TRUE TO SIZE, so try to order your exact shoe size. I'm actually going to purchase a back-up pair for when the pair I am currently wearing end up dying. I was heartbroken during the winter when these sold out and I couldn't buy my back-up pair then!

Well they ran big on me so I ordered a size down which was uncomfortable at first but once they were broken in they were great. But around my 5th or 6th wear my zipper on the back started to act up. Like you know how when you have a zipper all the way up but it opens from the bottom? Well yes that's what happened and my sock was falling so all you could se was my heel, no cute. But besides that the boots are really cute. I just went and got a new zipper put on.

I absolutely ADORE these boots, and they look exactly how they are pictured. That being said, I wish I had returned these the second I received them. When I first tried them on, they were comfortable, but the snaps that keep the boot cuffed kept coming undone and the zipper in the back was not opening and closing smoothly. Needles to say, three wears later, the zipper on one of the boots completely broke. So, so, so disappointed! Hopefully I can find someone to repair them, otherwise I will be out $60, as I cannot find my receipt! My advice: spring for the Steve Madden version. They are more expensive, but I'm guessing you'll get a better quality boot.
