    What a crazy ride this book was!

    From the moment I started reading "Beauty" I could relate to this story. I think most females will relate to these characters. All of us have been desperate at one point in our lives.

    Ginger and Jade are two best friends who are struggling financially and will do just about anything to get some money. They want to get cosmetic surgery so they can attract men, but they don't have the cash needed. Jade comes up with a crazy plan to raise the money, but it's not exactly legal. Meanwhile, Ginger and Jade have both met guys who aren't who they claim to be.

    Overall this was a very quick and light read. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a good pick-me-up and who wants to forget the worries and troubles of everyday life.

    This book is hilarious and fun! I am hooked on these characters! This is truly one of the funniest books I've ever read. Highly recommended.

    When I first started reading Beauty to the Tenth Power! by Mary Hahn, I had a hard time getting into it. I thought it would be just like every other novel written about two female friends and that I would be able to guess the ending and know how everything would turn out. I couldn't have been more wrong!!!

    Going into the story you meet Ginger, your somewhat typical medical student trying to deal with the stress of med school, a part time job, money worries and of course, men. Ginger's best friend, Jade, is Ginger's polar opposite. Jade is wild and care-free, a cosmetologist and uses men left and right to get whatever she wants.

    Ginger is like a lot of girls, she just wants to be liked, which ends up getting her in quite a bit of trouble and putting her on the path to ruin her life.
