I thought these would be just as nice as my tan pair made by style & co., but I was wrong. These "Brinley Co" boots are the same exact pair amazon has listed made by Journee Collection which I did not know. Don't be shocked when you get a box that says Journee Collection style no. Rebecca-02. I ordered an 8 1/2 which is what I usually wear in boots, but these are huge. Pros: the "suede" is very soft They felt like they would be comfortable to wear The soles don't slide around on smooth surfaces. Cons: Cheaply made at top of boot. The edges are rough, and not straight. Run 1/2- 1 whole size large depending on how you like your boot to fit. (order smaller!) The upper part of the boot is very wide. (the size 8 1/2 measures 16 3/4" around at the widest point) They grey is darker than I expected. It's more of a charcoal color... Looks and feels like what u pay is what you get. The thing I don't like about this boot is that it creases too much and too fast where you toes and foot meet... It just looks like you bought cheap boots, so I just wear them to work. If it's a night out with friends, you can but it depends on who your going out with. |
